What is SAP?
SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) is a Government-defined process in accordance
with Part L Building Control Regulations. It is a calculation of the energy performance of
new dwellings/ buildings.
Do I need a SAP?
Yes, from 7th April 2006 all new residential buildings, require a SAP.

EPC Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates are required for all properties sold or rented within the UK.
